The Website is operated by LoongMall (“LoongMall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. Our Products

LoongMall sells Chinese traditional crafts and related products, including:

  • Ceramics & Porcelain;
  • Cloisonné;
  • Glaze products;
  • Bamboo, Rattan & Willow Weaving;
  • Carving & Engraving, including bamboo carving, charcoal sculpture, metal engraving, plaster carving, stone and jade carving, and wood carving;
  • Embroidery & Textile Crafts; and
  • Other Featured Crafts, including batik, Chinese knots, ethnic silver jewelry, lacquerware, lanterns, oil-paper umbrellas, paper-cut art, pomelo jars, woodblock New Year pictures, and Xuan paper.

We may add, remove, or update product categories from time to time.

Many of our products may be handmade or made with natural materials. Reasonable variations in color, texture, pattern, grain, dimensions, and finish may occur. Such variations are not necessarily defects, provided that the product substantially matches its description.

Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, materials, availability, and prices are provided for general information. We try to display product colors accurately, but your device or screen may display colors differently.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

By using the Website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you; and

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any refund will be handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or delivery address. We may also restrict orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale or distribution.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in USD, unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges may be displayed at checkout where available. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities may not be included in the checkout total and are the buyer’s responsibility, unless we expressly state otherwise.

If the shipping charge cannot be calculated at checkout, we will confirm it by email before payment and add it to the unpaid order.

You authorize the payment provider used at checkout to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order. You must have the legal authority to use that payment method.

We may correct pricing, product, or payment errors and may cancel an order affected by such an error, including after an order has been submitted, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect payment information supplied by you or by a payment provider’s refusal to process a transaction.
